Have you noticed that tray tables seem to be extra popular right now? I see them popping up in interiors all over the place and I’m loving them!
I was looking on Anthropologie’s website the other day, ogling at all the pretty things (seriously, love ALL their stuff so much!).
They make a really nice tray table (pictured above) with a wooden tray top and metal legs, called Ancona. BUT … it goes for $200! That’s a little steep for a side table for me.
So I did some digging around the interwebs and I found a few nice budget options that have the same spirit as the Ancona.
Tray tables come in all shapes and sizes: round, square, big, small, wood, metal… you name it! I love the look of the long and thin metal legs. They provide such a clean and airy feel! They look great next to a sofa, or in a corner with a plant or two.
I am a huge fan of side tables, as there are endless ways to use them. They will happily hold a lamp and your coffee and favorite book. Or they will simply hang out wherever you put them, ready to hold your stuff when you need a place to put it.
If you love the look of Anthro’s side table, but like me, want to spend a little less, check out the options below!
And if you’re not into tray tables, you can check out my other post on gorgeous minimalist budget end tables!
What do you think? Are they as posh as the original?
